Procedure

1. Do not remove the common (com) lead. See
2. If it does, proceed to Step 19.
3. Turn the “PICK-UP VOLTAGE” knob to the
4. Check for overcrank condition.
5. Check position of operation selector switch. Should be at “RMT.”
6. Check generator set. Start with start-stop switch on generator set. If it does not crank,
7. Check position of operation selector switch. Should be at “RMT.”
8. Check exerciser clock to see if it is set correctly and running.
9. Check generator set. Start with start-stop switch on generator set. If it does not crank,
10. Check position of motor disconnect switch on the transfer switch. Should be at “ON.”
11. Check output voltage of the generator set.
12. Check generator-side undervoltage sensor (if equipped) pick-up voltage setting. Settingin |
13. Check position of motor disconnect switch on the transfer switch. Should be at “ON”
14. Check disconnect plug in control accessory panel. Must be connected into receptacle.
