Procedure
- Check governor shaft for binding and thrust ball in place.
- Turn governor yoke smooth side toward governor cup.
- Turn governor cup so stop pin fits hole; measure pin distance 25/32 in.
- Coat oil seal lip with oil; install gear cover with shim over keyway.
- Torque mounting screws 15 to 20 foot pounds.
