Procedure

1. Close manual fuel shut-off valve for gas supply.
2. Open gasoline fuel shut-off valve.
3. Unscrew carburetor float lock all the way outward to backseat.
4. Set spark plug gap as given in Table of Clearances.
5. See that choke is free and works easily.
6. Start engine in manner described for the engine.
