Cummins/Onan — Fuel Pump Disassembly:

For these Cummins/Onan models: 5.0BF - 34 3E, S.OSF - 34 IE.

Procedure

  1. 1. Remove vacuum line,and fuel line.
  2. 2. Remove the two fuel pump attaching screws.
  3. 3. Grasp pump and carefully pull apart. Diaphragm,
  4. 4. Internal fuel pump parts are available in a repair
  5. 1. Degrease wet or oily plug and dry thoroughly.
  6. 2. File center electrode to a flat surface.
  7. 3. Adjust gap to .025". Use a round wire gauge for
  8. 4. Install plug. Tighten to torque value of 15-20 ft.
