Procedure

  1. Ampere switches.
  2. Remove the linear actuator as described in Linear
  3. to 100 Ampere switches. Follow steps 1 - 6 in
  4. Remove the round head machine screws, locking
  5. ; and remove the interlock bar.
  6. Remove the pan head screws (2), locking
  7. Disconnect the control wiring leads from the
  8. Remove the hex head machine screws, ring ter-
  9. to the load bus bars.
  10. Remove the hex head machine screws and spring
  11. Remove the control wiring leads from the power
  12. On front connect switches, loosen the lug termi-
  13. Remove the two round head machine screws,
  14. On front connect switches, remove the round
  15. Applya thin coat of electric joint compound to the
  16. to 32 in-lbs (3.2 to 3.6 Nom) torque.
  17. Install the arc chute barriers (new), arc chutes
  18. Hold switch assembly in position on base and
  19. Secure switch assembly to base with round head
  20. Remove the pan head screws that secure the left
