Procedure
- Remove distributor cap.
- Turn magneto shaft in proper direction until impulse coupling has tripped.
- Note which tower distributor arm is nearest and cylinder connected to it.
- Turn engine over to top dead center on this cylinder on compression stroke.
- Time magneto so impulse breaks and spark occurs on Top Center mark.
