Procedure

1. To adjust the fan belt, loosen the fan bracket screws.
2. Move the bracket up or down until 1/2 inch deflection is obtained.
3. To adjust the generator belt, loosen the generator link clamp screw and mounting bolts.
4. Move the generator until 1/4 inch deflection is obtained between generator and governor pulleys.
5. Check belts for cracks and wear and replace when necessary.
