Procedure

1. Disconnect and connect wiring harness and fuel lines
2. Remove and install drip pan assy and heat exchanger
3. Remove and install air cleaner or silencer
4. Remove and install generator control assy and generator end
5. Remove and install belt and fan guards
6. Remove and install fan and pulley
7. Remove and install alternator and water pump
8. Remove and install rear bearing plate assy and flywheel
9. Remove and install radiator and fuel lines
10. Remove and install fuel pump and stop solenoid
11. Remove and install speed control assy and starter
12. Remove and install intake manifold, oil pan, exhaust manifold
13. Remove and install injection pump, valve cover and rocker assy, tappets
14. Remove and install cylinder head, governor spring, gearcase cover
15. Hone or bore cylinders, adjust valve lash, refill oil and coolant, test run unit
