Procedure

  1. Close the meter-lamp panel and secure the top
  2. 400 ampere AT only: Close the left cabinet door
  3. Close the control accessory panel and reconnect
  4. Restore AC line voltage to the AT.
  5. Reconnect the starting batteries.
  6. Move the operation selector to “RMT” (on engine
  7. Close the cabinet door.
  8. Open the front door of the cabinet.
  9. Move operation selector switch to “STOP”
  10. Disconnect the starting battery.
  11. Remove the AC line voltage from the automatic
  12. Remove the twist-lock disconnect plug and pull
  13. 400 ampere AT only: Remove the one screw from
  14. Remove the one screw on top and one screw on
  15. Swing the meter-lamp panel outward.
  16. Disconnect the meter-lamp panel wire leadsfrom
  17. Remove the four nuts and washers holding the
  18. Mount the new meter-lamp panel on the cabinet
  19. Connect the wire leads as marked, from the
  20. Close the meter-lamp panel and secure the top
  21. 400 ampere AT only: Shut the left cabinet door.
  22. Close the control accessory panel and reconnect
  23. Restore AC line voltqge to the automatic transfer
  24. Move the operation.selector switch to “RMT” (on
  25. Reconnect starting battery.
  26. Close.cabinet door.
  27. Open automatic transfer switch cabinet door.
  28. Move operation .selector switch to “STOP” (on
  29. Remove AC line voltage from the
  30. Disconnect the starting batteries.
  31. .Remove the twist-lock disconnect plug and open
  32. Remove external wires from TB1, TB2, TB6 and
  33. Connect loose wire leads to terminal blocks as
  34. If an area protection circuit or.remote test switch
  35. If the AC voltage of the new control accessory
  36. If the DC system voltage and numberwire start is
  37. For external alarms or signal circuits of the
  38. Close the control accessory panel and reconnect
  39. Hold the flange edge of the control accessory
