Procedure

  1. Measure current draw. If it is greater than 32
  2. If the generator set shuts down on ’Overload’
  3. Ensure stator is not damaged and has no
  4. Check that the engine stop lever is in its vertical
  5. Reduce Loads: Disconnect AC output leads
  6. Check Fuel Flow: Verify fuel flow from lift pump
  7. Check air flow (intake,exhaust) for restrictions:
