Procedure

  2. 4). Torque the terminal nuts to 10 ft−lbs (14 N−m).

  4. Tighten the exhaust clamp screws to 7.4 ft−lbs
  5. Tighten the exhaust flange nuts at the engine to
  6. Tighten the exhaust isolator screws to 13 ft−lbs
  7. Disconnect the DC cables (p. 4-5)
  8. Disconnect the fuel lines.
  9. Remove the outer housing (p. 4-3).
  10. Remove the muffler.
  11. Disconnect the AC wiring harnesses.
  12. Remove the inner housing assembly.
  13. Remove the Engine/PMA assembly from the

  16. Remount the muffler.
  17. Reconnect the fuel lines.
  18. Tighten the engine harness connector screws
  19. Tighten the housing screws to 27 in−lbs
