Procedure

  1. Install the new ratchet wheel (1) against rope
  2. Special nuts (2) are supplied for mounting the
  3. Use the two bottom screws which hold the blower
  4. Install centering pin (13) -in’ starter’ center screw a
  5. Center the starter assembly over the ratchet
  6. Tighten the two lower screws on the blower.
  7. The direction of pull on the starter rope is ad-
