Before you start
- Overtightening the mixture adjustment screw will cause carburetor damage.
Procedure
- Install idle adjust screw; turn in until light tension felt, then out 2 turns.
- Install the main jet.
- Install the float valve in the float.
- Turn carburetor upside down and install float valve in carburetor.
- Slide float pin into passage in carburetor and float.
- Install float chamber and gasket with chamber set plug and gasket.

- Idle mixture screw 2 turns out
