Before you start
- Do not pry the parts apart; this would damage the diaphragm.
Procedure
- Remove pump inlet and outlet lines and two cap screws.
- Notch the pump cover and body with a file.
- Remove the six screws holding cover and body.
- Tap the body with a screwdriver to separate.
- Lift out diaphragm assembly and diaphragm spring.
