Procedure
- Perform starter disassembly.
- Tie single knot in end of new cord.
- Thread cord through rotor hole and out through rotor cord groove, pulling knot into cavity.
- Wind rope on rotor. Replace handle, tying double knot.
- Perform starter assembly.
