Procedure
- Disconnect and connect battery cables
- Drain and refill engine fluids
- Remove generator assembly
- Remove fuel injection supply and return lines
- Remove valve cover and rocker assembly and cylinder head and gasket
- Remove oil pan and gasket
- Remove piston and connecting rod and rod bearings
- Clean and inspect crankshaft, hone cylinder, torque cylinder head, adjust valve lash, test run unit
