Procedure
- Remove blower housings, flywheel, and flywheel key.
- Disconnect governor linkage and spring.
- Remove gear cover mounting screws and remove cover.
- Turn governor cup stop pin to 9 o'clock position.
- Turn governor arm and shaft clockwise as far as it will go.
- Install gear cover ensuring stop pin fits into governor shaft yoke slot.
