Procedure
- Press (Menu) once; if PROG is flashing, press (OK).
- Press (+) once to make MODIFY flash; press (OK).
- LCD flashes MODIFY; press (OK).
- Press (-)/(+) until the program to check or modify is displayed; press (OK).
- The selected program is displayed; repeat the exercise/changeover time setting process.
- Continually press (OK) until returned to the program menu.
