Procedure
- Install throttle shaft and valve with new screws; center valve.
- Install choke shaft and valve; center valve.
- Install main nozzle, intake valve seat, and valve.
- Install float and float pin; center pin.
- Check float level with casting inverted.
- Install bowl ring gasket, bowl, and bowl nut; tighten securely.
- Install load adjusting needle and spring; turn in until seats, back out 1 to 1-1/2 turns.
- Install idle screw finger tight, back out 1 to 1-1/2 turns; install choke, carburetor, connections, air cleaner.
