Procedure
- Remove and install air inlet panel
- Remove and install lead to starter and scroll assembly
- Remove and install rotor thru bolt, flywheel and key
- Remove and install brush block mounting bolt and brush block
- Disconnect and connect electrical leads
- Test run unit
