Procedure

  2. 1. Disconnect all battery cables, negative (-) cable first, at the battery terminals. • • • • • •
  3. 2. Disconnect the negative (-) and positive (+) battery cables at the generator set.
  4. 3. Disconnect the wiring connectors for remote control and remote fuel pump (fuel injection models).
  5. 4. Disconnect the generator AC output wires and conduit from the junction box on the vehicle.
  6. 5. Disconnect the exhaust tail pipe.
