Procedure
- Remove two screws and cover on breaker box.
- Remove two spark plugs so engine can be rotated.
- Remove mounting nut (A) and pull points out; remove screw (B) and disconnect leads.
- Remove screw (C) and replace condenser.
- Replace points with a new set but do not completely tighten mounting nut (A).
- Rotate engine clockwise until 25 deg BTC mark aligns with hole; turn another 1/4 turn.
- Turn points until gap measures .020 inch; tighten mounting screw and recheck gap.
