Procedure
- Loosen governor arm clamp screw.
- Insert screwdriver in shaft slot and turn shaft clockwise as far as possible.
- Hold shaft, push governor arm in toward cylinder as far as possible.
- Tighten clamp screw just enough to have slight drag.
- Pull governor arm out away from cylinder as far as possible, tighten securely.
- Adjust sensitivity screw only if other adjustments unsatisfactory.
