Installation
For the Champion HSB 14kW, from the Champion service manual.
Before you start
- Gaseous fuels are highly explosive
- Ensure no leakage in fuel system
Procedure
- Install external manual full flow shutoff gas valve in fuel supply line.
- Use flexible fuel line provided with the HSB.
- Install internal manual full flow shutoff valve inside building for backup.
- Install sediment trap in fuel supply line.
- Ensure no bubbling when soap solution is applied to connections.
- Route fuel piping around gardens and landscaping to prevent damage.
- For LPG, change carburetor orifices using supplied LPG jets and instructions.
