Installation
For the Champion HSB 14kW, from the Champion service manual.
Before you start
- Reverse battery connections will cause damage
- Keep sparks and flames away from battery compartment
Procedure
- Use two 12-volt starting cycle batteries with adequate cold cranking amps.
- Connect batteries in series to achieve 24-volt DC system voltage.
- Apply dielectric grease on battery posts to prevent corrosion.
- Use supplied battery cables for connections.
- Refer to owner manual for correct connection procedure.
