Procedure

1. Turn engine control module switch to OFF.
2. Unsnap clips and remove air cleaner cover.
3. Remove the paper element.
4. Inspect element for rips/tears; replace if damaged.
5. Hold element to light - if no light passes through, replace it. Clean cover of dirt/debris.
6. Install element with pleats facing the cover.
7. Install cover and snap clips in place.
8. Turn engine control module switch to prior position.
