Before you start
- Do not overfill engine with oil
Procedure
- Turn off household loads if running during outage
- Turn engine control module switch to OFF
- Remove dipstick, wipe dry, reinsert fully
- Remove dipstick, check level at FULL mark, add oil if needed
- Install dipstick
- Turn engine control module switch to prior position
