Champion 100199 — Changing the Engine Oil

For the Champion 100199, from the Champion owner's manual.
Before you start
- Wear protective glasses/goggles and clothing when changing hot engine oil
Procedure
- Turn ATS to OFF position
- Turn engine control module to MANUAL, run until operating temperature
- Turn engine control module to OFF
- Position drain pan under alternator
- Loosen hose clamp on oil drain hose, slide off retaining pin
- Position drain hose into pan, allow crankcase to empty
- Reinstall hose onto retaining pin, reposition clamp
- Fill engine with proper amount of oil
- Turn engine control module to prior position
- Turn ATS to AUTO position
