Champion 100136 — Changing the Engine Oil

For the Champion 100136, from the Champion owner's manual.
Before you start
- Always wear protective glasses/goggles and protective clothing when changing hot engine oil
Procedure
- Turn ATS to OFF position
- Turn engine control module switch to MANUAL position
- Allow engine to run until operating temperature reached
- Turn engine control module switch to OFF position
- Position drain pan under alternator
- Loosen hose clamp on oil drain hose and slide off retaining pin
- Position drain hose into pan and allow crankcase to empty
- Reinstall hose onto retaining pin and reposition clamp
- Fill engine with proper amount of oil
- Turn engine control module switch to prior position
- Turn ATS to AUTO position
