Procedure
- Start the generator.
- Run the generator at no load.
- Rotate stability adjustment clockwise until the voltage becomes stable.
- Rotate stability adjustment counterclockwise until the system just begins to oscillate.
- Rotate stability adjustment clockwise just past the point at which oscillation occurred.
- If voltage remains stable when adjustment is fully CCW, leave adjustment fully CCW for fastest response.
