Procedure

1. Verify resistance does not exceed 0.25 Ohm at both primary and secondary
2. When using combination of pre- and post-May 1984 regulators (tan and black A1s), modify newer models to electrically match earlier models
3. Add link from center to clockwise end of droop potentiometer as shown in Figure 8
