Procedure

  1. A. Turn the ECS to the OFF/RESET position.
  2. B. Disconnect the suspect sensor signal wire from the ECM connector.
  3. C. Turn the ECS to the ON position. The engine should be OFF.
  4. D. Check if the CID-FMI has changed from 04 to 03.
