Procedure

1. Select output (characters 1-4) using UP and DOWN buttons.
2. Press LEFT and RIGHT to go to the logical relation state.
3. Toggle logical relation with UP and DOWN buttons.
4. Press LEFT and RIGHT to go to input selection.
5. Select input subset with UP and DOWN buttons.
6. Press LEFT and RIGHT to select the entire field of inputs.
7. Select input code with UP and DOWN buttons.
8. Press LEFT and RIGHT to proceed to the select all state.
9. Press SELECT to accept changes or LEFT/RIGHT to reject them.
10. Press ENTER to exit the programming mode.
