Before you start
- ANCHORING THE UNIT IS EXTREMELY IMPORTANT.
- GROUNDING THE UNIT IS EXTREMELY IMPORTANT - potential electrical shock hazard.
Procedure
- Locate unit on level ground, lined up with towers, minimum 300 feet from first tower.
- Anchor unit opposite pulling force with anchors holding three times pulling machine rating.
- Ground unit to ground rod or electrical neutral using grounding bars provided.
- Put hazard barrier around perimeter to keep unauthorized personnel away.
- Perform daily preventive maintenance.
