Procedure
- Open engine access door.
- Drain coolant from machine.
- Loosen hose clamp and remove hose from thermostat housing.
- Remove two bolts from thermostat housing. Remove housing.
- Remove seal and thermostat from housing.
- Install new thermostat and new seal. Install housing on cylinder head.
- Install hose. Tighten hose clamp.
- Refill cooling system.
- Close engine access door.

- Replace interval: every 3000 Service Hours or 2 years
