Procedure

  1. B. No- Move to step 13.
  2. 13. See Figure A5. Measure AC voltage on the bottom side of two transfer switch fuses. Is approximately
  3. 240 VAC present?
  4. A. Yes- Repair or replace wiring between transfer switch and generator. Retest.
  5. B. No- Move to step 14.
  6. 14. See Figure A6. Measure AC voltage on the top side of two transfer switch fuses. Is approximately
  7. 240 VAC present?
  8. A. Yes- See inset of Figure A6. Remove fuses and test for continuity. Replace open fuse(s). Retest.
  9. B. No- Repair or replace transfer switch wiring. Retest.
