Procedure

  1. Set DIP switch 6 ON to enable oil verification, OFF to disable.
  2. If ON, controller checks before cranking that the oil pressure switch circuit is closed.
  3. If switch does not work or wire fails, engine is prevented from starting and unit waits (steady Low Oil and flashing Engine Running LED).
  4. Cranking proceeds as usual as soon as oil pressure switch closes.
  5. If engine starts, check for Low Oil failure only after the Oil Bypass period.

Specs & values

  • Oil circuit verification only on first cranking attempt or if engine previously running and more than 5 minutes rest elapsed
