Procedure

1. The generator voltage is not acceptable.
2. Reset the generator circuit breaker.
3. Refer to the generator User’s Manual The automatic transfer switch does not transfer to the utility.
4. The service disconnect breaker is open.
5. The utility voltage is not acceptable.
6. Reset the service disconnect breaker.
7. Wait for the utility voltage to return to normal The generator is still running after the transfer switch transfers to the utility. Engine cool down period.
