Before you start
- Spool screw on end of spool is loctited in place; do not replace unless damaged.
Procedure
- Remove socket head cap screws and bonnet from section.
- Remove spool from section; follow Spool Seal Removal but do not remove seals.
- Replace parts in SC spool positioner kit.
- Replace spool in section per Spool Seal Installation instructions.
- Replace bonnet and socket head cap screws.
