Before you start
- Install a silencer to the air delivery port and wear earplugs. Operation with compressed air supply port opened is prohibited.
Procedure
- Loosen nut 1 and turn adjusting screw 2.
- Adjust so engine speed drops when pressure exceeds unloader starting pressure 100psi (0.69MPa)[6.9bar].
- Retighten nut 1 after finishing adjustment.
- Turning to right, pressure increases; turning to left, it drops.
- If adjustment is impossible, replace the regulator due to damaged diaphragm.
