Contact MQ Power (800) 835-2551 for Warranty Repair information. Provide MQ Power with unit serial number and hours.
MQ Power opens warranty claim with local Komatsu America Dealer; dealer dispatches technician to remove FIP and send to nearest Bosch-Zexel Authorized Repair Facility.
Bosch-Zexel Authorized Repair Facility replaces Electronic Governor Assembly; pump run on test bench to ensure operation within manufacturer specifications.
If FIP has water/contaminated fuel damage or worn parts, repair estimate provided to restore pump; these parts not covered under warranty.
